There is the Yabusame festival held annually on September 19th for the past 850 years at the Omuro Sengen Shrine. This tour offers the opportunity to experience a simulation of the traditional Yabusame Festival. You can participate in the experience wearing traditional Japanese attire. Before the experience starts, you need to go through the purification ceremony inside the shrine. Then, an instructor teaches you how to use traditional Japanese archery on horseback. After the Yabusame, you will take a short journey to Honcho Street while riding on horseback.
