Cancellation Policy

・Up to 7:00 PM, the day prior: No charge
・After that: 100％
・Requests for any changes will not be accepted after 7:00 PM on the day before your booking date.
・If you're running late, please let us know beforehand. It may be treated as a cancellation if we haven't heard from you by 10 minutes before departure time. ・If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the starting time for a tour, your booking will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

* Please note that in case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

  • Free pick-up and drop-off service from the Lake Kawaguchi area is available. Please confirm your pick-up time in advance.

  • Guests who are heavily intoxicated may be denied entry for safety reasons.

  • Families with children are welcome! A dedicated kids' room is available for a comfortable family experience.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
