Dragon Spirit Ceremony

Step into the ancient energy of the Fuji Five Lakes, where each lake is said to be protected by a unique dragon spirit. In this guided ceremony, participants connect with the spirit of the lake through water rituals, breathwork, and elemental offerings.

Five Elements Meditation

This guided meditation invites you to align your body and spirit with the five elemental forces of the natural world: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Sky. Surrounded by the sacred energy of Mount Fuji and its lakes, each meditation focuses on awakening one of your senses and unlocking a deeper layer of awareness. Through breathwork, grounding, visualization, and mantra, you will restore inner balance and connect to the timeless rhythm of nature.

Mt. Fuji Pilgrimage Wisdom

During the Edo period, many people revered Mount Fuji as a living deity, undertaking spiritual practices in preparation for their pilgrimage to the sacred peak.
In this experience, participants will learn about the beliefs and traditions of the ancient Fuji-kō pilgrimage, while preparing to embark on their own inner journey as modern-day pilgrims.
