Featuring a rich soy sauce base delivered from Kyoto, medium-thick straight noodles, and thinly sliced chashu (pork). Them ramen preserves the traditional taste from pre-war times.
Them "Yakimeshi" (fried rice) made with the same rich soy sauce base is also very popular! We highly recommend topping it with an egg yolk.
