Cancellation Policy
・Up to 7:00 PM, the day prior: No charge
・After that: 100％
・Requests for any changes will not be accepted after 7:00 PM on the day before your booking date.
・If you're running late, please let us know beforehand. It may be treated as a cancellation if we haven't heard from you by 10 minutes before departure time. ・If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the starting time for a tour, your booking will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
* Please note that in case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

No prior experience required! You will fly in a tandem setup securely attached to an experienced, licensed pilot.

Free pick-up and drop-off service from the Lake Kawaguchi area is available. Please confirm your pick-up time in advance.

For safety reasons, guests who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to fly.

Weight limits usually apply for tandem paragliding (typically between 30kg and 100kg); please contact us if you have any concerns.
