🍧 Ohagi Gori – A Seasonal Masterpiece: Refreshing Ohagi Gori with Mt. Fuji’s Crystal Water and Matcha 🍵

Located near Kawaguchiko Station, Motomochi introduces a unique and refreshing dessert: Ohagi Gori, a delightful fusion of traditional Japanese sweets and modern shaved ice. ❄️🍡

Inspired by the “Spring” from our Four Seasons of Fuji ohagi set, this creation pairs matcha shaved ice with a handcrafted ohagi made from white kidney bean paste (Shirohanamame) and rich Uji matcha from the renowned Kyoto tea maker Yamasho Koyamaen. 🍵

The shaved ice is topped with Okinawan brown sugar and sun-dried sea salt, adding a perfect balance of flavor. Garnished with vibrant edible flowers, this dessert is not only delicious but also visually captivating. 💐👀

Available for both dine-in and takeout, Ohagi Gori offers a refreshing way to experience the elegance of Japanese tradition during your Mt. Fuji journey. 🗻💚
