The term "Umagaeshi" (馬返し) translates to "horse return" in English. Historically, this point, situated at an elevation of 1,450 meters, served as the place where travelers would leave their horses before proceeding on foot to ascend Mount Fuji.

・Up to 7:00 PM, the day prior: No charge
・After that: 100%
・Requests for any changes will not be accepted after 7:00 PM on the day before your booking date.
・If you're running late, please let us know beforehand. It may be treated as a cancellation if we haven't heard from you by 10 minutes before departure time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the starting time for a tour, your booking will be canceled and no refund will be issued.


* Please note that in case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

・It can get very cold at night time in Lake Motosu regardless of the season. Please ensure you dress appropriately and bring extra warm layers if necessary.
