・Requests for any changes will not be accepted after 7:00 PM on the day before your booking date.
・If you're running late, please let us know beforehand. It may be treated as a cancellation if we haven't heard from you by 10 minutes before departure time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the starting time for a tour, your booking will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
* Please note that in case of inclement weather, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
